I’ve had a lot of anxiety this week between a new barista position (ya’ll latte art is hard!) the weather, and just regular life. When I zoom out to the big picture, I know that these weeks are just a small stitch, in the quilt of my life. I need the hard weeks to have gratitude for the good, productive, flow state weeks.
