Last year my longest friend, his baby and I visited the Maurice Sendak, Where the Wild Things Are, exhibit at DAM. After being sent to his room in a tantrum Sam escapes into “The Room of the Wild Horses,” a land of make believe. Sam gets up to no good and becomes king before returning home for dinner. Sendak illustrated the book in 1963 and is an absolute genius.

Stamped on front, signed on back and includes certificate of authenticity.
